MY MOTIVATION

My desire is to please my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I want to see everyone, young and old, come into an intimate, growing, and fruitful relationship with Jesus Christ. I want to bear much fruit for His honor and glory, and hear those words, “well done, good and faithful servant.”

MY BACKGROUND

I have had the privilege of working with thousands of young people through a martial arts ministry called, The Master’s Martial Arts. I have also ministered for many years to countless families as a family pastor and hundreds of men through men’s ministries, as well as through “Transformed” weekend events.

MY SPIRITUAL JOURNEY

I gave my life to Christ as a young boy through my mother’s direction and example. Since that time, I have always had a desire to please Him and a longing to serve Him faithfully. I have certainly made multiple mistakes along the way, but by His grace, He has kept me and bore fruit through me.

Oleg Bio

Jeremy Ervin is a devoted husband to Rachael and father of four children, whom he and his wife have raised to serve and fear God. With a strong foundation in ministry, Jeremy was raised under the discipleship of his father, a full-time pastor and traveling minister who focused on serving church leaders across the US. Jeremy has balanced his faith with a 25-year career in the financial industry, working as an advisor and leader while actively serving in various church roles, including janitor, youth leader, youth pastor, and international preacher.

As a leader in the Transformed Men’s ministry under Steve's leadership, Jeremy has been instrumental in helping men experience transformation through the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit. Over the last five years, he has seen significant growth and expansion in the ministry, with many men being changed by God's power. Jeremy's passion for ministry has taken him to various countries, where he preaches, teaches, and trains leaders and church workers to reach their communities for Christ.

Francois van Well is a devoted follower of Christ, a daily student of His Word, and a husband to Christie. Together they live in Stuart, Florida, where they are raising their two children, Stella (13) and Ryan (16).

Born in the Netherlands in 1969 and raised by atheist and humanist parents, Francois’ early years were shaped by diverse cultural experiences, including two formative years at an international boarding school in the United Kingdom alongside students from over seventy nations. He holds a Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and has spent most of his professional life in the superyacht industry—traveling to nearly forty countries across every continent except Antarctica.

After moving to the United States in 2006, Francois experienced a new birth in Christ in Fort Lauderdale in 2007, and his life was deeply transformed by the Lord in 2014. Since that time, he has walked by the Spirit, answering the Lord’s call into ministry. Francois has led men’s Bible study groups, taught Scripture, organized and spoken at men’s retreats, hosted home church gatherings, mentored individuals through personal discipleship, and participated in mission trips.

Each day, his prayer remains simple and sincere—that by God’s grace, the work of his hands, the words he speaks, and the tone in which he speaks them will be pleasing to Him

 Jim is married to his beautiful bride, Marcela, they live in Port St. Lucie, Florida, with their twin teenage girls. They are also proud parents to two grown children who are married and thriving on their own.

Raised in New York City during the turbulent 1970s, Jim endured many trials fighting his way through the streets, drugs, and alcohol before finding freedom in the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. At the age of 30 Jim surrendered his life to the Lord. Though it has been a journey of breaking past soul ties and generational curses, his faith in Christ and the unwavering love of his family have brought healing and transformation.

In April 2021, Pastor Steve invited Jim to his first Transformed Men’s Weekend, an experience that transformed his life and helped him with his journey to beconme the loving husband and father he is today. Jim now looks forward to welcoming others to their own life-changing encounter at the next Transformed weekend.
